This project was a branding and outreach refresh for Planting Roots, a nonprofit ministry that supports military women and wives through faith-based resources. As a member of the Morris+Mitchell team, I contributed to the design and strategy behind the social media toolkit and brand system built for consistency and growth.

The Goal
The main goal was to elevate the Planting Roots brand by creating clear, cohesive, and accessible materials that could be used across military bases, chapels, and online communities. We aimed to help the organization better communicate its mission, grow its reach, and support its community more effectively.

The Challenge
Planting Roots had a strong mission but lacked a unified brand identity and strategy. Their materials varied in quality and tone, which made it difficult to build trust with potential partners and connect with military women in a meaningful way. We needed to bring structure, clarity, and creativity to every touchpoint, from print to digital.

We delivered a refreshed brand identity supported by a strategic social media toolkit and a scalable outreach system. These assets gave Planting Roots a more credible presence and allowed them to engage with their audience more effectively across platforms. The work strengthened their voice, visual identity, and overall communication efforts.
